Our artisan cheese factory is more than just a sales counter, it is a place where visitors can observe the cheese makers in action, taste our cheeses and get their cheeses cut-to-order. 

In addition, our master cheese maker is very creative with new cheese products. He often asks visitors to sample his creations in order to obtain their feedback.
